Terms and Conditions
Please read all terms and conditions before contacting us about a commission
(This sucks we know but its for our own mental and physical health, I am sorry.)
- Be courteous and respectful
This should go without saying, but following this we all come out having a positive experience.
how nice you are to deal with, can result in prices going up or down (idiot tax, or friendly tax cut) - Be aware of my physical health issues
I deal with Fibromyalgia, and issues stemming from several TBI’s (Traumatic Brain injuries). This means I have issues with fine motor controls, Memory, cognitive functioning. - Changes
We are aware that first goes rarely hit the money when it comes to someone’s ideal commission, complicated characters, complicated subject matter, so please have a solid idea of what you want before you come to us, if you want mountains what kind of mountain, are you thinking shale, badland like mountains, snowy mountains, ect. if your background is a city, do you have a city you’d like it modelled after, is it futuristic? is it rustic?
a. when dealing with complicate, i.e perspective backgrounds, these take a substantial amount of time and effort
sometimes requiring 20-30+ hours for the background alone. Thus we will allow for 1 major change, if you want to make an additional major change an additional 50$ will be tacked onto the final price.
b. we are aware our prices are on the high side, and it is mostly for this rule, when it comes to just subjects you can make as many as you’d like, the exception is the above and traditional pieces that are well into the ink and coloring stage if you want to make changes when we’re into the 2nd phase of coloring (I.e a tone off from the darkest color we’re using) it’ll be an additional 10$ - In regards to memory
(we are well aware how much delays in a expect project suck, and with Vee, Lapses in memory sometimes happen, Do not hound us every day expecting progress, a check in every week or so is fine)
This is the main reason I don’t normally do commissions, and why I will not do a que, do not ask to be put in one, there’s no rainchecks. Patreon discounts only apply once a month. - Other projects
Keep in mind art is not the only thing we do, we could be doing a photoshoot somewhere, recording a video, streaming, working on our 3D projects. These multiple projects and areas of interest mean I’m not drawing or sketching everyday. - Trades, Collaborations or requests
No.
flat out no, again like a que do not bother asking. - Feedback
allot of my art is scrupulously planned out with allot of work going into it, so feed should be in what we call a compliment sandwich,
find something you like
something thats wrong
something else you like
this goes back to rule 1, I get to many “it looks fine,” “nice” bland comments will be another charge.
